Due to an unforeseen delay from a supplier of the Deep Well stainless steel reservoir, we are now expecting to ship the sandals by the end of April. (Apologies!)

We are including a .5oz sample of Tholi All-Natural Leather Conditioner in each pre-order to say thank you. We recommend using it to seal the suede insole and leather upper.

Now that we have the actual sandals in our warehouse, and have been able to measure them and begin trialing them, we noticed that the sandals are running a bit larger than typical American sizes. We have updated the size chart to better reflect that.

For example, Krista, who is a traditional Women’s size 9 found that she is most comfortable in a Tholi Sandal Womens Size 7/8.

Please verify the size that you ordered by measuring your feet at the longest length from big toe to heal and from the widest place on your foot. One way to do this is to actually step on ruler and look down if measuring by yourself. (size chart below)

The dimensions on our guide are from the inside of the sandal (the insole) where the foot sits.  It is NOT from the outside (outsole) rubber size of the sandal.
